Search continues for missing guide dog

Charity Guide Dogs has reported the disappearance of six-year-old black curly coated retriever Tess.

She went missing while on a free run with her owner in Nairn, a seaside town about 16 miles east of Inverness on July 23, prompting police, dog wardens, veterinary practices and the Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals to initiate a search.

Thousands of people had joined social media campaigns to raise awareness.

Guide Dogs has also released a missing poster for practitioners to display in their windows, which can be found online.
