Serengeti: Eco-friendly debut

Known for its sunglasses and performance lenses, Serengeti has launched its first ophthalmic frame collection.

With half of the sunglass collection already made from environmentally friendly materials, the company said the decision for the first ophthalmic frame collection to use eco-acetate was following the same philosophy. Serengeti added it only worked with Italian suppliers and producers to reduce its carbon footprint.
