Sight Care set to tackle key economic issues

Sight Care has unveiled the programme for its annual conference which takes place on March 2 this year at the Metropole Hotel, NEC Birmingham.

The theme for this year is 'The choice is yours' and speakers on the day will focus on the decisions the group believes independent practitioners need to make if they are to weather the current economic storm.

Presenters for the event include motivational speaker Nigel Risner, Mark Draper, head of professional affairs for CIBA Vision, James Perry, chairman of Cook retail outlets, trainer Simon Burgess as well as practitioners Ian Jarvis, Christopher Cox and Garrey Haase.

Topics to be covered include 'Building patient loyalty', 'Clinical excellence equals business excellence', 'Investing in the future' and 'Making your practice the optician of choice'.
