SightCare reveals upcoming conference details

SightCare has announced that its upcoming conference Th!nk Different is to be held at the Telford International Centre on September 16-17.

The conference has been planned to focus on differentiation and the customer experience with 16 guest speakers. An exhibition is being held across the event, featuring more than 40 optical suppliers and support organisations for small businesses and independent practice owners, as well as workshops on maximising profit and frame styling. The two keynote speakers booked are Kevin Byrne, chief executive and founder of Checkatrade, and Josephine Fairley, co-founder of Green & Black’s.

SightCare chief executive John French said: ‘SightCare can now grow its business-focused workshop programme to offer business owners, practitioners and practice staff a wider choice of interactive sessions, all designed to help members think differently about how they can stand out from the competition.’
