Swedish eyewear brand Skaga has taken inspiration from the Raukar limestone monoliths on the Gotland coastline for its autumn/winter collection of frames.
A motif on the temple core wiring has sculptural detailing to evoke the erosion of the limestone by the elements.
Styles are made from Eastman’s Acetate Renew material, such as the feminine SK902 Fors model, which has a soft, arching brow line and a wavy pattern on the core wire that is visible through the four striped transparent horn colour options.
The rectangular SK 2901 Kaffepannan model features chamfers on the inside of the rims as well as a five-barrel spring hinge and different sized nose pads available.
