SLCs Listening survey calls for insights

Sight Loss Councils and TPT released a survey to inform future campaigns

Sight Loss Councils (SLCs) and Thomas Pocklington Trust (TPT) released a survey, calling on blind and partially-sighted people to inform future campaigns on a regional and national basis.

As part of November Listening Month, aimed at giving a voice to blind and partially sight people and improving accessibility to sight loss services, a national survey will contribute to a wider report. Results will be shared with council volunteer members, wider organisations, government and partners, according to SLCs.

Mike Bell, head of public affairs and campaigns at TPT, said: ‘We are encouraging everyone to share details of our national survey and activities with your contacts, helping us to reach out to as many blind and partially sighted people as possible. We will share results of this research and use it to inform our future work, and the work of our volunteers.’
