Specsavers took over and completely transformed the entire MSN.co.uk homepage on Monday (September 26), the first time the UK's largest web portal has ever allowed an ad to cover content in this way. Users saw a blacked out screen with a single light switch that illuminated to reveal the Specsavers' marketing message. The MSN web site has nearly 16 million visitors a month and was used to launch Specsavers' Clear Price campaign.
