Support group to take Optrafair by STORM

A new business stream at Optrafair 2017 has been bolstered by the involvement of new independent support service STORM.

STORM directors and experts will be delivering ten business presentations over the three days of the UK’s leading optical exhibition, at the Birmingham NEC on April 1-3.

Topics covered by STORM will include practice marketing, attracting new patients, building customer loyalty, improving profitability, building a winning practice team, growing your contact lens business, avoiding HR mistakes in optical practice and creating a practice of the future.

Speakers from STORM will also include Imran Hakim, Sarah Morgan, David Samuel, Gavin Rebello and Mark Draper.
