Synthesis and simplicity

Using Mido2019 for its launch, Xavier Garcia has released a new collection of nine acetate and nine metal models.

The acetate range goes ‘back to the origins of Xavier Garcia’s designs’ with bright colour combinations.

The Camila is an acetate octagonal frame for women that plays with a range of colours to dramatic effect. The mottled frame front blends into translucent pink temples that conclude with rounded tips.

The Molins (below) delivers an equally striking look. Rounded lenses are encased by a thin black rim, with a distinctive blue half-rim resting atop the entire frame front.

This dramatic front then moves down into tortoiseshell temples and tips.
