Optical outlets urged to act now or pay fine
HM Revenue & Customs is reminding optical practitioners that the self assessment tax return deadline for paper returns of October 31 2008 is fast looming.
In past years, the deadline for submitting paper and online tax returns was January 31, but from this year anyone filing paper returns must do so by the new deadline or face a £100 penalty.
