New ophthalmic frames from optical firm Rodenstock are looking to tap into what the manufacturer said would be autumn’s trend for understated looking eyewear.
‘The keyword for this season is refined. Subtle, warm colours like gold and brown are going to be very popular and Rodenstock has launched some exciting frames to help customers emphasise their own personal style,’ said Damien Klevge, business manager eyewear at Rodenstock UK.
Two new models are looking to capitalise on the predicted trend – the men’s R2331 (1) and women’s R5269 (2).
Model R2331 has a minimalist hi-tech appearance with a rectangular silhouette. The frame also sees the debut of the manufacturer’s Flex Hinge concept – a stainless steel hinge with cut-away design that was said to offer high levels of comfort.
