The latest goings on in the North American market include the purchase of luxury US frame maker Oliver Peoples by Oakley.
The acquisition's aggregate purchase price of up to $55.7m, includes Oakley's assumption of $5m of debt and $4m in 'earn-out incentives'. The purchase also includes eyewear brands Mosley Tribes, the Paul Smith licence and Oliver Peoples. Pictured is the Oliver Peoples Harlot sunglass.
