
The Visionary Annual Conference has been announced for September 28-29 in Aston, Birmingham, with a focus on how to prepare for future challenges in the sight loss sector.
There will be a variety of discussions and workshops available exploring topics such as the emotional and psychological impact of sight loss, dementia-related issues, volunteering, and domestic violence in the visual impairment community.
Keynote speakers include Professor Nick Harding, chief medical officer at Operose Health, and Sarah Stephenson-Hunter, founder of Simply Equality, a charity for the visually impaired.
