Topcon’s first National OCT Conference in three years will take place prior to Optix at Celtic Manor in Newport on March 12-13.
A one-and-a-half day education programme will include talks and workshops presented by practitioners about optical coherence tomography (OCT) and myopia management.
Catherine Chisholm, global director of Topcon Healthcare University, said: ‘We’re excited to be welcoming many of the UK’s most esteemed practising clinicians and are thrilled to finally be able to host the conference in person again. We know that in-person learning is greatly valued, and has been missed, by those who practice in this industry, and we look forward to welcoming delegates for what we hope will be the best National OCT Conference yet.’
An ‘OCT case-fest’ on Sunday will feature speakers such as Dr Christiana Dinah, who will discuss the clinical benefits on OCT and OCT-angiography in diabetic retinopathy.
Myopia Monday provided attendees with the opportunity to discover the latest interventions and tools to support service provision in practice.
