The West Yorkshire-based Valli Group has organised a charity walk for National Eye Health Week 2020 (September 21-27).
Valli Rally will be a virtual sponsored walk, with the aim being for all participants to collectively walk 2,020 miles to mark the year.
A target of £7,500 raised has been set, with all proceeds to be donated to the Kirklees Visual Impairment Network (KVIN). KVIN is run by people with visual impairments and offers emotional support and friendship to those living with visual problems.
Registration for this year’s event is open here (https://www.valliopticians.co.uk/valli-rally-2020) and costs £10 per entrant.
