The event will take place on June 2-5 in Florida instead of New York

Organisers of Vision Expo East, which usually takes place in New York, have announced that this year’s event has moved to Orlando, Florida and will take place on June 2-5.
It said the decision was based on current restrictions on large gatherings in New York and the ‘successful track record’ of events held at the Orange County Convention Center.
Mitch Barkley, vice president of trade shows and meetings at the Vision Council, said: ‘It is our mission and responsibility to the vision care community to provide a platform to effectively show products and conduct business.’
