Haine & Smith Opticians has awarded its Warminster branch the 'best performing practice of the year' in the 19-practice group.
Practice manager Alison Quick said: 'I am delighted we have won this award, especially given the present economic climate. I believe the secret of our success is creating a warm, friendly atmosphere.'
Edward Giles from the Wootton Bassett practice received 'the Rupert Smith memorial award for top optical adviser'. The award is given in memory of chairman Barry Smith's middle son, who was training as an optical adviser when he tragically died in an accident in 2001.
