Operations manager Linda West recently celebrated 10 years with Haine & Smith.
West, who began her career in optics as a receptionist, went on to become a dispensing optician, before gaining an Honours degree in spectacle lens design.
Since joining the group in 1993, she managed a number of practices before joining the senior management team in her current role.
Haine & Smith now has 25 staff who have been with them for 10 years or more.cause.'
