Winners at Wardale Williams

A Halstead-based practice manager won an all-expenses paid trip to Italy to watch the Italian Grand Prix in September with Sky Sports.

Kayleigh Wright from Wardale Williams the Opticians entered Virgin Radio’s Top of the Crofts competition and had to provide a short commentary on a topic of her choice.

Wright chose to commentate on the signature tea mugs used by the team at Wardale Williams and was chosen as the competition winner for her ‘genuine, very authentic’ commentary.

‘This is amazing. I have the most amazing team, so lovely, but they do take their mugs seriously,’ she said. When asked by presenter Chris Evans about how to be a good manager, her advice was to ‘love them and make their tea.’
