Ron Dolman, general manager at Martyn Kemp Opticians, has been promoted to managing director.
He takes over the role from Martyn Kemp who is now chairman of the 10-branch South Yorkshire firm, which has some 100,000 patients and 44 staff. Dolman joined eight years ago as general manager and has 28 years' experience in banking and legal practice management.
