Zeiss Meditec offers perimetry courses

New perimetry education courses from Zeiss Meditec were announced for June 5-6 at the Zeiss Vision Birmingham headquarters, with dates available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Content would be tailored to those who routinely conduct visual field tests and aimed at equipping participants with a comprehensive understanding of perimetry from theoretical foundations to practical applications.

The one-day courses would include a mix of interactive lectures, hands-on workshops and case study discussions and participants would be able to practice their skills using the Zeiss HFA3 equipment.

Head of professional education at Zeiss Meditec, Hayley Coates said: ‘With the increasing prevalence of glaucoma in our ageing population, there is a growing need for healthcare professionals to be proficient in performing perimetry tests.’
