For triathlon read pasadoble

It's been a funny old close to the year. This is nornally the time of year I am recruiting my team for next years sporting challenge. But this year  I seem to have found then lost a team. The half Ironman, the Ironman and then the Alpe d'Huez triathlon seem to have done everyone in. Next year its the 300km Vatternrundan cycle in Sweden but three of my team have disappeared.

Conversely applications to dance at the Optician Awards are going really well.

The theme for the 2011 Awards is Strctly Come Dancing and I have had a healthy response from readers wanting to dance.
