Framed! Carol Thatcher

Opinion
The problem with 'reality TV' is that once you start watching, you get hooked. When the last series of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here started, I watched the first few episodes and thought that it was rather boring and declared that I wouldn't be watching it this year.

My wife then pointed out that I had said that the previous three years and I had turned into an addict each time. She turned out to be right and it wasn't long before I was settling in for an evening, looking forward to some jungle antics.

Part of the fun is to look at the celebrities and pass comment on the various habits, antics and appearances. I was immediately delighted to see 'The Thatch' in some of the worst spectacles I've ever seen.

What is most worrying is that I suspect she is rather happy with them (hence, the spare pair when one was lost in a mud bath) .

Her frame looks like it might have been in style in the 80s, perhaps when Oliver Peoples was pioneering small metals.
