Letter: Help please

Is there a contact lens manufacturer out there that can produce a monthly soft contact lens with a graduated tint?

I recently contributed an article to the Journal (Progressive Myopia and the Scotopic Light Gradient Theory, 18/8/17), where I theorised that progressive myopia is encouraged by a light gradient on the retina as opposed solely to hyperopic de-focus.

Research funds are available to validate this theory and a non-corneal device is on the work table. However, I still believe the most efficient mechanism for delivering a reverse gradient, therefore stopping/slowing Progressive Myopia would be by wearing full-time a soft lens that has a 20% graded lens (darkest in the centre).
