NHS England needs to be held to account over Capita
The AOP is reluctant to take NHS England to court but I think this is the only way of resolving this situation. I now consider this is something that we have to do ourselves. A joint action is the answer, reducing cost and providing strength in numbers.
As each day goes by the situation gets worse. And the consequences are now completely out of hand. Who will join me to take the only action that NHS England and Simon Stevens will understand.
The cost should not be too great if enough OOs and DOs support the action. Please write or telephone me, or respond via the Optician’s pages.
