Positive moves for Optisoft

We read the recent article ‘Managers transfer to See 20/20’, (February 9) with some amusement, as it is a masterpiece in stretching the truth for marketing gain.

So, congratulations go to whoever wrote it, but we would like to correct and clarify a couple of points. The first paragraph is the most misleading; it stated that ‘Three Optisoft senior managers have joined web-based practice management software company See20/20 in a matter of months.’
Firstly, only one of them was a senior manager, the other two were employed as a web developer and training consultant respectively. Secondly, a matter of months in reality is actually 12 months and one of them has also worked at another company in the interim period!

We can assure our customers that the only impact on the company has been a positive one and it’s to be hoped that they don’t employ similar tactics in other areas of their business.
