I have just returned from my annual holidays and, as ever, it is always a delight to spend some time away from my dark room. This year Mrs Moneo and myself decided to go on a cruise for two weeks. We had been recommended a company to use for this and they were long established with a supposedly excellent reputation. Certainly they were in no doubt how good they were from their advertising. We duly booked and were promised the highest level of care and attention throughout our cruise. We were further assured by the company of their undoubted reputation over many years of offering cruises. As such we were looking forward to a great two weeks away.
