Nico expands into sunwear

Hot on the heels of its Nico Italia ophthalmic frame launch, Modern Eyewear has introduced a six-strong acetate prescription sunglass collection by the name of Nico.

The range comprises five styles for women and one style for men, with each available in three colours. Model SG101 (1) for women comes in deep blue, brown and black and features a Nico temple logo plus striking gold criss-cross pattern on the sides. Also for women, model SG104 (2) features the same Nico logo but displays a white flower on the sides. All designs can carry prescription lenses.

Modern Eyewear said it offered complete packages of lenses, tints, UV coats and frames at competitive prices to allow independents to compete with the multiples.
