Out of Africa --quick!

It's that happy time of the year when people head off on their holidays, when they come back you have to listen the endless stories of where they have been and what they have been up to.

This isn't always a problem if they have been somewhere nice or done some interesting things you can add to your own bucket list. However some of those in an office or practice setting may well have to ensure a serial holiday bore. Hearing about Disneyland once is OK, twice  a bit tiresome, when it's every time a new patient comes in or the phone rings you wish they were still there.
