The View from the High Street: New year, new opportunities

Well, 2015 went rapidly! Another few achievements made, another couple of grey hairs and another year of shake up for our industry. For me it was a very successful year and as I write this, I have just had two new projects for me to get my teeth in to that have been signed off by the board. Opportunity is bountiful within Specsavers that’s for sure and with my new projects now front and centre, I regrettably need to make this my last article for now as I’ll need to focus on starting up the two new practices with my new partners. Giving up this column actually comes at time you may appreciate a clinician’s viewpoint on the challenges ahead but it is a good time for me to write briefly about a topic that I’m very passionate about which may help – Getting Things Done.
