To all those who comment, I salute you

If you have commented on this site recently and have not seen your comment publish I can only apologise. Opticanonline.net suffered from the modern scourge of spam and of last this has become overwhelming. I have now had some of the settings on the site changed to filter it out. The problem is this is rather indiscriminate. The journalist in me hates the idea that the reader doesn't get a right of reply. Sadly those few annoying spammers ruin life for sensible conversation. While most of it is meangless drive, I also have a rather rude stalker.
