View from the High Street: The importance of feedback whether it’s good or bad

Ross Campbell explains how patients’ responses have helped shaped how his practice practises

After working in the optical industry for many years we could, on occasion, be forgiven for thinking what we do is routine. It is easy to become bogged down in the day to day running of a practice or providing our clinics and not remember the bigger picture of what we do.

Sometimes it can only take the smallest comment from a patient to remind us of what an amazing career we have chosen to be part of. Between us, not only do we give the gift of sight on a daily basis, but we also look after the eye health of millions of people.
