It may be the UK’s longest running optical show but for the 7,000 visitors who stepped through the doors of Birmingham’s NEC, Optrafair was far from an old-fashioned exhibition. Visitors were inundated with the latest industry news and products as well as a range of valuable features designed to help practices boost business.

Finding the perfect range of frames can be a difficult task for practices and it is often far too easy to feel lost within the racks of frames and rep recommendations. Practices are caught between stocking niche frames which would ultimately differentiate them from competitors, and stocking popular brands guaranteed to sell.
