Finding our new contact lens wearer is only the beginning. After their initial consultation our patients are set to embark on the toughest part of their journey. By providing the right support from the outset we are more likely to convert them from a trial into long-term, happy contact lens wearers who will stay with their contact lenses and with your practice.

In 2013, a survey of UK practitioners showed that, in their experience, the top three reasons for new wearers dropping out of contact lens wear were difficulty with application and removal (58 per cent), discomfort and dryness (57 per cent), and unhappiness with visual performance (44 per cent).1
