Feedback: Dispensing interactive 1

First of all, a heartfelt thanks for those readers who took part in this CPD exercise (C101524). It was clear from the responses that most of you spent a good deal of time both with your discussion and in drafting the outlines of the points that arose from those discussions.

To summarise, most respondents approach the management of a case of PPL non-tolerance in a systematic and methodical manner. Also, everyone seemed more than clear about the ‘duty of candour’ we all have when dealing with a patient concern. I suspect the days of ‘bench-resting’, or worse, denial, are behind us. I have attempted to summarise some answers here.
