UK Boots Optician branches now stock Protect Plus and Protect products
Boots Opticians has launched AEON eye drops in its stores across the UK, which are designed for relief of dry eye both before and after eye surgery.
Over 500 UK branches now stock AEON Protect Plus eye drops, containing 0.3% sodium hyaluronate for severe dry eye relief, and its cheaper partner product, Protect eye drops, with 0.3% sodium hyaluronate and Polyethylene glycol 400.
Tim Clover, chief executive officer at Rayner, which produces the AEON brand, commented: ‘With AEON now being available on the high street shelves of a chain as big as Boots Opticians, this significantly increases our ability to help patients achieve their best possible outcomes from eye surgery.’
