Forum data management software is extended

Carl Zeiss has extended its Forum data management software with the addition of Zeiss Glaucoma Workplace 3.0, an updated tool for management of the condition.

Glaucoma Workplace combines data from visual fields tests with structural information from Cirrus OCT photos in a single report. Zeiss said it was the only company that offered correlated information of perimetry and OCT progression. This combined approach was said to allow users to detect subtleties and disease patterns that were not always obvious and could be missed when compared manually from separate sources.
