Developing long-lasting relationships with patients is vital, optometrist and dispensing optician Indie Grewal said during his virtual British Contact Lens Association (BCLA) presidential address on September 10.
Grewal urged eye care practitioners to focus on how they can do things differently to provide patients the best possible service.
‘We can do that by making sure we are better informed than anyone else out there to help guide our patients. We also need to collaborate to ensure we are at the forefront of technology and really own that space as new lenses come onto the market,’ he said.
