Practice directors from the Hakim Group have raised £3,524 for Vision Aid Overseas
Practice directors from the Hakim Group have raised £3,524 for Vision Aid Overseas by completing their own ‘virtual marathons’.
Sarah Baldock and Nigel Terry each completed a 26.2-mile run on a route of their own choosing, with the funds raised by the two directors contributed towards the Hakim Group’s aim to raise £100k for Vision Aid Overseas.
Baldock explained: ‘Vision Aid Overseas is obviously a cause that is very close to my heart and being part of the Hakim Group we have strong connections with the charity, so it was a no-brainer who to choose.’
