MiniPAC clinical training reminder

Optometrists, contact lens opticians and dispensing opticians have until the end of this month to book onto MiniPAC clinical training events.

The MiniPAC Roadshow starts on March 4 in Birmingham and finishes on May 10 in Bristol, visiting a host of major cities such as London, Glasgow and Dublin. Run by Specsavers, the series offers high-quality professional development days for all optical professionals. It sits alongside the annual flagship PAC (Professional Advancement Conference) in October.

At least 16 general interactive CET points and six specialist points can be acquired at every event.

This year, all events will feature the ‘Ascend Higher’ careers workshop for optometrists. Worth three interactive CET points, the session is designed to help optometrists of any level explore their professional development aspirations and begin to create a personal development plan for the future.
