Quarter of people say they feel uncomfortable about eye examinations
A quarter of people have said they feel uncomfortable about eye examinations, says a new report from Mainline Instruments.
During an investigation into the overall experience of patients at an eye examination, 26% of the 1,000 participants said they felt uncomfortable at times, while a further 5% said they felt uneasy or on edge.
The ‘air puff test’ proved to be patient’s least favourite part of the exam, with 50% stating they found it to be the most uncomfortable part.
