RNIB announces three new directors

​The RNIB has appointed three directors to new roles as part of a transformation plan

The RNIB has appointed three directors to new roles as part of a transformation plan of the charity in order to support people living with sight loss in the UK.

Keith Valentine has joined as the director of development, David Clarke is the director of services and Nick Apetroaie is the interim director of care, education and safeguarding.

Valentine, formerly chief executive for Vision UK, turned his attention to participating in sight loss charities. He will act as an advocate and ambassador for RNIB and will work to further support people with sight loss. Valentine said: ‘My family have been using RNIB services for generations, and the opportunity to be part of the organisation’s future is both exciting and humbling.’
