Slit lamp image quality focus of BCLA webinar

A webinar hosted by the British Contact Lens Association (BCLA) on September 30 will focus on how to get the most out of a slit lamp.

The session will be led by Dr Keyur Patel and Nicola Bennett from event sponsor Topcon who will look at improving the quality of images to benefit the patient’s treatment pathway.

Patel, who was named Optometrist of the Year at the 2020 Optician Awards and 2021 BCLA Dry Eye Practitioner of the Year, said: ‘This lecture aims to improve the attendees’ understanding of the basic principles of photography and how to apply this to knowledge in practice to ensure that optimal clinical images are recorded with a slit lamp(mounted) camera.’
