The Specsavers Surrey Youth Games were held on June 23-24 this year, and brought together children between the ages of seven and 16 for the largest multi-sport youth competition in the country.

Organised by Active Surrey and financed by the Specsavers practices in the county, it is the last event of its kind in the South East. It has provided more than 3,000 free training places for local children this year.

Gold medal winning Paralympian swimmer Stephanie Millward made an appearance and the Specsavers mascots, a giant ear and eye, were also in attendance.
