Three colours added to Air Optix range

Alcon has announced plans to add three new colours to its Air Optix Colors collection next month.

Its new Precious Gemstone collection featured turquoise, amethyst and true sapphire colours, meaning Air Optix Colors were also now available in the range as Alcon’s FreshLook ColorBlends.

The additions took its total colour offering to twelve ‘helping opticians capitalise on a new revenue stream in the world of beauty’.

Alcon studies showed that one in two consumers have an interest in colour contact lenses.

Ray Pasko, business unit head of vision care at Alcon, said: ‘The latest colour additions to the collection are a true testament to our ongoing commitment to drive the category forward and creating positive patient outcomes.
