Vision Express reduces practices across UK and Ireland

Vision Express is only offering urgent and emergency appointments at a limited number of practices in response to the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.

The multiple currently has 34 of its 600 stores providing services with all pre-booked and routine appointments cancelled.

It has reduced opening hours from 10am to 5pm on Tuesday to Saturday with emergency appointments limited to one patient per hour to ensure social distancing.

Any patients wanting to collect spectacles from existing orders will be sent their order free of charge to their chosen address.

Vision Express has also promised its customer facing teams ‘an enhanced payment’ when its portfolio of practices are fully operational.
