An animated video to welcome patients back to independents has been created
An animated video to welcome patients back to practices has been launched by the Specialist Providers of Eye Care Solutions (Specs) network.
The video was created by Seiko Optical UK and Think Training and is available to all independent practices via the Specs website.
Simon Burgess from Think Training, said: ‘The animated video is designed to reassure clients that they will receive the great service that they expect in a safe environment so they can feel confident to revisit the practice.’
