An employee wellbeing strategy has been launched by OutsideClinic

An employee wellbeing strategy has been launched by OutsideClinic as the domiciliary company aimed to become the best place to work in optics and audiology.

OutsideClinic’s head of HR, Lynda Oliver, would lead the scheme, which has been set up in partnership with wellbeing social enterprise Tasting Colours.

Oliver said: ‘There’s nothing more important than the wellbeing of our hundreds of employees, and we also know that leads to better care for the 100,000 patients we see annually.’

OutsideClinic has pledged to provide all employees with the tools and services required to empower them to reach their potential, as well as create an environment where people were happy to work.
