To truly advance as a profession we have to evolve our thinking

They say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks. Well, whether I qualify for ‘old dog’ status is up for debate but what is certain is I am definitely still in the market for learning new tricks and techniques for contact lenses.

An appetite for learning is a prerequisite in our profession. With so many advances in the style, technology and fitting of lenses, standing still is not an option. We are all looking to pick up things which will make a difference to our patients.
