Specsavers’ main PAC in October will follow the ‘MiniPAC’ roadshow that took place between March and May this year and included 12 events. More than 25,000 CET points have been awarded to over 2,000 practitioners since the start of the year through a variety of clinical programmes for optometrists, dispensing opticians and contact lens opticians. These included sessions on oculoplastics, headaches in children, glaucoma decision making, paediatric dispensing, non-compliance in contact lens wear and dealing with patients with complex needs.
Open to all practitioners, Specsavers’ main PAC will feature similar sessions and workshops all with a focus on enhancing optical services.
